This course lies right off a frontage road along the freeway (Interstate 94) between CTH.K and Hwy.20. Unfortunately, that proximity means the freeway noise seems almost ever-present on the course, which severely diminished my enjoyment.
A random scattering of trees separate fairways, so the course plays fairly open. Ponds and a small creek affect a smattering of fairways. There is some gentle roll to the land, but you won't generally find much challenge from it (not much for elevated tees or greens, no unusual slopes). Sand traps are relatively few and small.
All in all, not a bad course, but frankly, there are much more memorable courses nearby.

greens in good shape---extreme slope on half the holes----fairways ok but not great---shorter tricky course---not necessarily easy as to scoring, must stay below the hole (not putting downhill)---good pricing---good value---worth playing for sure-----must have good short game to score here
